Realme UI 6 Open Beta is now live for five more Realme devices
This week, Realme shows its intention to provide the latest Android 15-based Realme UI 6 for its devices as soon as possible. In two days, the company has announced Realme UI 6 Open Beta for five of its smartphones. However, a number of devices have already received the open beta update.
Open Beta update information
Realme 12, Realme 13+, Realme 13 Pro, Realme 13 Pro Plus, and Realme P2 Pro: these device owners can now join the Realme UI 6 Open Beta program. As of now, only Indian users of these devices can join the beta program and test the Realme UI 6 new features.
These beta programs allow users to test the next major upgrade before the stable version. However, the beta program comes with a variety of bugs and issues, so it is recommended that you install these updates on your secondary device instead of your primary.
After applying Realme 12 5G, users will get the OTA update with build version RMX3999_15.0.0.80 (SP01EX01). X5000_15.0.0.304 (EX01). Realme 13 Pro and 13 Pro Plus devices are receiving it with build versions RMX3990_15.0.0.300 (EX01) and RMX3921_15.0.0.300 (EX01), respectively. Lastly, the Realme P2 Pro smartphone users can identify the major update with build version RMX3987_15.0.0.300(EX01).
How to apply
1. Ensure your realme device has at least 60% battery.
2. Update your device to the latest UI version
3. Enable Developer Mode (Settings > About device > Version > Version Number > Tap version number seven times).
4. Apply for Open Beta via the Software Update Application channel (Settings > About device > Click on the “realme UI 5.0” banner at the top > Click on the three dots in the top right corner > Beta program > Open Beta > Apply Now > Submit your details and complete the application).
