Next OnePlus flagship devices for global customers will launch next month

OnePlus has announced that it will hold a global launch event for its flagship device next month. The company will host the event in January 2025 and launch some premium-level products like OnePlus 13, and more for its global consumers.

On its 11th anniversary, the company surprised its global fans yesterday by sharing a huge image teaser. The image highlights the launch event timeline, and the ‘OnePlus flagship product’.

The OnePlus 13 and possibly the OnePlus 13R will launch in India in January 2025. It will be available in three color options: blue with vegan leather back, white with a matte glass back, and black with wood-textured glass.

It is worth noting that there is no exact date for the announcement, and we are waiting to see if the company will time its event to overlap with the expected Galaxy Unpacked by Samsung, which is also possible to take place in January 2025.

OnePlus launched its latest flagship, the OnePlus 13, in China last month, so we know the phone’s specifications. The phone has high-end features with a great camera module, robust Snapdragon processor, and glossy + matte finish appearance.

OnePlus 13 equips a 6.82-inch 2K resolution, LTPO AMOLED display with a peak local brightness of 4,500 nits. It has a DisplayMate A++ certification for excellent quality and brightness.

The Chinese OEM has used the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset paired with which features Oryon cores and reaches a score of over 3.1 lakh on AnTuTu with its max 4.32GHz clock speed.

OnePlus 13 features a triple camera setup on the rear side with a 50MP Sony LYT-808 main camera sensor with OIS and support for 8K recording, a 50MP periscope camera with 3X optical zoom, and a 50MP ultrawide angle camera. On the front side, you will find a 32MP wide-angle camera with various shooting modes.

In China, the flagship phone packs a 6,000mAh battery that can be fully charged in 36 minutes with 100W wired charging. The phone also supports 50W wireless charging.
