OnePlus 11R to get OxygenOS 15 later this month
OnePlus has started rolling out the stable OxygenOS 15 update for its eligible devices, including the OnePlus 12 series, Nord series, and more. Even the OnePlus 11 has received the update, but for some reason, the update is still on hold for the OnePlus 11R.
Fortunately, there is good news for owners: the device is expected to receive the update in the next few days.
Recently, a OnePlus community moderator confirmed that the OxygenOS 15 update for the OnePlus 11R will be available by the end of December. Since the upcoming update will likely be a large software package, it is recommended to keep your device on the latest version. The final update will not include the previous ones.

The OnePlus 11R was launched in 2023, and the company has confirmed that it will receive four years of updates. Since its launch, the device has already received one major update in the form of Android 14-based OxygenOS 14. It will receive two more major updates, OxygenOS 15 and OxygenOS 16. In addition to the Android updates, the device will continue to receive security patches for three more years.
