Realme 11 Pro Plus starts receiving the December 2024 update with a massive update size
Realme has already upgraded many of its devices to Realme UI 6. Despite being busy with the rollout of Realme UI 6, the company has started rolling out the monthly security update on time. Today Realme has begun giving the December 2024 update for its Realme 11 Pro Plus smartphone.
What’s new in the December 2024 update for the Realme 11 Pro+?
Realme 11 Pro Plus is getting the December update with the new software version RMX3741_14.0.0.912 (EX01). To install this OTA update, users will have to download a 1.3 GB file. The update brings December 2024 Android security patches to address several vulnerabilities. These patches ensure better security for the device.
This monthly update is coming with more system-released improvements. Apart from the security patches, the update includes several optimizations and improvements in some scenarios. Also, the overall system stability of the device is improved with the update.

When will Realme 11 Pro+ get Realme UI 6?
The Realme 11 Pro Plus is eligible for the much-awaited Realme UI 6 upgrade, but it is scheduled for next year; probably it will be released for the device in February or early March. However, the device was shipped with Android 14-based Realme UI 5, and it will get its first major upgrade in the form of Realme UI 6 based on Android 15.
