OnePlus 12 Facing Call Failure Issues on OxygenOS 15: See the accurate Solution

Recently, the OnePlus 12 was spotted with critical issues for some OnePlus 12 devices where users are unable to make and receive calls. In a blog post on the community, this problem was identified during OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15 version upgrades by abnormal parameter loading. The company took it initially and acted to provide users with a solution.

After investigation, the company found that the issue arose from an error in parameter loading during the software update version. Because of this, the device could not be able to connect to the network, resulting in a call failure.

The problem was initially detected specifically with Model OnePlus 12. If the users are experiencing issues with call functionality, follow the steps below to fix the problem.

  • Download the RadioInfo Tool. RadioInfo Tool.apkĀ 
  • Open the RadioInfo app and select the “Set Preferred Network Type” option.
  • Select “NR/LTE” and confirm the setting.
  • Toggle airplane mode on and off to refresh your network connection.
  • Wait for the network to establish and then make a call to verify if the issue is resolved.
